This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in taking inaction against the illegal and unauthorized construction of Hindu Burial/Burning Ground in the Revenue Poramboke land in Sy.No.120-3 & 119 (which is classified as Gorgi and Cheruvu Poramboke) adjacent to the land of the petitioners in Sy.No.120-3 & 119 situated at Krishna Devi Peta Village, Golugonda Mandal, Anakapalli District without leaving ingress and egress to the petitioners’ agricultural land despite a representation dated 21.10.2025 submitted to the 3rd respondent. 3.
