In this petition the petitioner is challenging the notices bearing No.NCR/CR-49/25026 dated 08th May, 2026 (Annexure-A) and 29th May, 2026 (Annexure-B) issued by the respondent No.2; inter alia sought for quashing the entire proceedings arising out of Complaint No.COMPT/LOK/BD/6216/2025 dated 23rd October, 2025 (Annexure-C) pending before the Karnataka Lokayukta, Bengaluru. 3. Heard Sri. Harshith N. Balakrishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. A.S. Harisha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 4. Sri.
Harshith N. Balakrishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not pressing the prayer-B in respect of quashing the entire proceedings pending before the Karnataka Lokayukta, Bengaluru. 5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned notices, it is forthcoming that the respondent No.2 issued notices as to

encroachment of Storm Water Drainage said to have been made by the petitioner herein. In this regard, I am of the view that the respondents 2 and 4 shall conduct spot inspection in presence of the petitioner to ensure as to whether the petitioner has encroached the Storm Water Drainage or not. Therefore, the respondents 2 and 4 are directed to conduct a spot inspection in presence of the petitioner and take decision in the matter. The petitioner is directed to present before the respondents 2 and 4 on the date of spot inspection/survey to be conducted and assist for the same. It is made clear that, till the conclusion of the spot inspection/survey as directed above, respondents shall not interfere with the subject land.
