It transpires from perusal of the P.U.D. that the death verification report in respect of accused Bhola Malya is required to be obtained and the evidence of the Investigating Officer and five other prosecution witnesses still remains to be recorded. The record further reveals that the case was received by the learned trial Court on transfer on 04.05.2026. It is also revealed that, during the pendency of the trial, accused Bhola Malya expired, on account of which necessary proceedings relating to his death are required to be completed. The P.U.D. further reflects that summons and warrants are being issued through the Nodal Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), and the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, for securing the presence of the remaining prosecution witnesses, however, despite such efforts, the witnesses are not appearing before the concerned Court.
