I.A. No.14408 of 2026 has been filed on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Vinoba Bhave University-O.P. No.3 and the present Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University-O.P. No.4 by way of Interlocutory Application-cum-Show Cause, seeking exemption from personal appearance for the reason that a sum of Rs.2,86,091/- is credited in the Bank Account of the petitioner and there is no dues against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the order passed by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2025 in 2026:JHHC:30104 2 W.P.(S) No.4246 of 2019 has been fully complied with and no dues of the petitioner remains against the opposite parties. 4. Mr. Mithilesh Singh, learned counsel for the O.P. Nos.3 and 4 submitted that the order dated 28.07.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No.4246 of 2019 has been complied with and a sum of Rs.2,86,091/- has been credited in the Bank Account of the petitioner and nothing is due to the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is printed format for recovery of any amount in Annexure-A series, enclosed at page-13. However, the same is not going to be pressed against the petitioner as shown vide letter No.VBU/PENSION/703/09/181/26 dated 29.09.2026. 5. Accordingly, the Vice Chancellor-O.P.No.3 is exempted from the personal appearance. 6. Thus, I.A. No.14408 of 2026 is allowed and stands disposed of. 7. The order dated 16.09.2026 regarding the salary of the Vice Chancellor, Vinoba Bhave University and the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University is recalled and the Vice Chancellor, Vinoba Bhave University and the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University shall be entitled to withdraw their salary. 8. This Court finds that the order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No.4246 of 2019 has been complied with. 9. Accordingly, the Cont.
