This Court, vide order dated 08.01.2026 passed in MCRC No. 10375 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the petitioner, namely, Bhuvnesh Dewangan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chhuikhadan District- KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 02.07.2026 has requested for grant of three month’s additional time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the P.U.D. that the case is presently fixed for recording the statement of the accused. Thereafter, the accused shall be afforded an opportunity to lead defence evidence, if any, following which the matter shall be listed for final arguments and thereafter judgment shall be pronounced. In view of the remaining stages of the trial, the case could not be concluded within the stipulated period. In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned trial Court has submitted that it would not be possible to conclude the trial within the time already granted. Accordingly, he has sought extension of time and has prayed for grant of a further period of 60 days for concluding the trial and final disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
