Case diary has been produced before this court. I have taken into account the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner and the fact that the deceased succumbed to death after sustaining bullet injuries. Having considered the heinousness of the offence, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2810 of 2025 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
2 Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
