The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that the petitioner had filed appeal on 17th September, 2025 (Annexure-G) before the respondent No.2 under Section 54 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, however, the same has not been considered by the respondent No.2. 3. Heard Sri. Govardhana V.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition that, it is not in dispute that the petitioner herein has filed Appeal under Section 54 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act before the respondent No.2.
