ON 30.03.2026, this Court passed the following Order: “ The instant Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, aggrieved by the Order dated 22.03.2018, by the judgment-debtor/5th defendant. The Registry has forwarded the e-Courts daily status regarding EP No.117 of 2017 in OS No.12of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa, which reveals the status as follows: “D.Hr called absent. No representation. Steps against D.Hr not taken condition not complied. Since 4.00 PM. Hence, EP is dismissed for default. EA No.112 of 2020. Hence main EP is dismissed for default. Hence this petition is dismissed for default.” In a nutshell, the main EP No.117 of 2014 in OS No.12 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Kadapa, filed by the 1st respondent herein, was dismissed for default on 27.10.2025. Therefore, in order to provide one more opportunity to the petitioner, post the matter on 31.03.2026 under the caption “for dismissal”. “ 4 3.
