Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons committed murder of Yugesh Singh and threw the dead body beneath a bridge over the Koel River to cause disappearance of the evidence of murder in order to screen himself and the co-accused from the offence of murder. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that petitioner has been implicated in this case only because they were threatening the deceased prior to his death and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person -Shiv Kumar Singh @ Shiv Pujan Singh. It is next submitted that so far two witnesses have been examined in this case and except suspicion just because of threatening, they had stated nothing about the petitioner to implicate him in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 05.03.2026 as mentioned in para-14 of the instant bail application. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-
operate with the trial of the case and also undertakes not to annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau in connection with S.T Case No. 314 of 2026 arising out of Chainpur P.S.
