The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to decide their representations dated 21.03.2025 and 11.05.2025 (Annexure P-1 and P-3) followed by reminder dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) qua compensation for their land utilized for construction of Kheri branch Khabra Daroli Minor. 2. As per petition, petitioners are owners of land measuring 90 Kanal 14 Marla and 32 Kanal 0 Marla situated at village Chulli Bagaria, Tehsil Adampur, District Hisar. They claim that respondents took possession of their land nearly 43 years ago without any compensation in return. However, similarly situated landowners whose land was utilized for the same canal project during the same period (1981-1982) were granted relief by this Hon’ble Court in CWP-7224-2012 decided on 09.07.2013 and CWP-10063-2014 decided on 22.05.2014.
