I have gone through the writ petition. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for writ of certiorari to quash and set aside the order dated 23.07.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Bench XI, City Civil Court, Calcutta in Misc. Case Nos.9754/2025, 9756/2025, 9757/2025, 9759/2025 and 9806/2025. 6. Further prayer has been made to restrain the respondents and their agents from taking any steps to seize or take possession of the vehicles mentioned. 7. Considering the prayer made therein in this writ petition, since the petitioner has prayed to quash the order passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Calcutta over which this Court has no jurisdiction and also the consequential prayers which are related to the said case, this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable before this Court. 8.
