In that view of the matter, writ of mandamus is issued to respondent No.2 to enter the name of petitioner in the revenue records, till the conclusion of the proceedings in case No.LRMT.32:75-76 on the file of respondent No.2 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy this order.
