JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH Page No.# 2/2 ORDER 06.03.2026 This is an application alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in WP(C)No.6964/2022, whereby this Court directed the respondent No.3 in the said proceeding to complete the exercise as regards the adjudication of the application to be submitted by the petitioner within a period of 3(three) months from the date of the certified copy of this order. 2. Mr. K Gogoi, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, who appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has placed before this Court an order sheet dated 22.11.2024 from where, it is seen that the application so submitted by the petitioner has been disposed of. The order sheet dated 22.11.2024 is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. 3. A copy of the said order sheet has also been furnished to Ms. K Barman, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In the above view of the matter, the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped. 5.
