Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “Therefore in the facts and circumstances as stated above the petitioner presently working as an Assistant Technology Manager since 2019 posted under the Chief District Agriculture Officer-cum-Project ATMA, Kandhamal, Phulbani has filed this present writ application challenging the Advertisement No.IIE- 120/2025-3219/OSSSC dtd.30.12.2025 published by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission for conducting the Combined Recruitment Examination-2025 under Annexure-7 series for fresh recruitment overlooking his higher qualification and experience violates Article 14, 16 and 21 and Fundamental Rights and cannot be sustained therefore the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction to the opp. Parties authorities to consider appointment regularisation and absorption of the service of the petitioner in the equivalent post of Village Agricultural Worker or alternatively in any of the advertised equivalent posts commensurate with his Page 2 of 2. qualification and experience and accordingly necessary direction may kindly be issued to the state authorities for regularisation of the service of the petitioner and to keep a post reserved and the petitioner may be allowed to continue till a decision for regularisation of his service be taken by the competent state authority for which the petitioner shall remain obliged. And any other orders/directions may kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner. And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall duty bound as ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No. 3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 3 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6. Any appointment made in the meantime pursuant to the impugned advertisement dated 30.12.2025, shall be subject to the final decision to be taken by Opp. Party No. 3, as directed. 7.
