The subject LPA is directed against the order dated 2nd August, 2019 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CPAN 980 of 2015. 3. By the said order, the learned Single Judge refused to entertain the said contempt application. The refusal by the learned Single Judge was based on the fact that the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider if the organizing School was entitled to any finance. 4. Having carefully gone through the impugned order, this Court is of the clear view that the learned Single Judge had rightly dismissed the contempt application in which it was alleged that the Bench had directed in the writ petition finance to be disbursed to the organizing School, which is ex facie incorrect. 2 5. In that view of the matter, since only a direction for consideration was given, the learned Single Judge of this Court has rightly dismissed the contempt application being CPAN 980 of 2015. 6. In that view of the matter, L.P.A. 7 of 2019 shall stand dismissed. 7. It is submitted that during the pendency of the contempt application the respondents have effected consideration as directed by the learned Single Judge. 8. The appellants may avail any remedies against the order of consideration dated 16th March, 2016, if otherwise available in accordance with law. 9. In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2019 shall also stand dismissed. 10. There will be no order as to costs. 11.
