By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, who is the petitioner in the connected writ petition, seeks impleadment of the District Commissioner, Baksa, Assam and the Superintendent of Police (Border), Baksa, Assam as respondents No. 8 and 9, respectively. It is submitted that by the creature of new districts, the jurisdictional authority are the said authorities. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the FT matters and considering the projection made, the prayer made in this interlocutory application is allowed, by allowing the impleadment as the District Commissioner, Baksa, Assam and the Superintendent of Police (Border), Baksa, Assam as respondents No. 8 and 9 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)/6961/2025. 4. The applicant/petitioner shall provide a typed out copy of the amended cause title to the AO(J), FT Section to incorporate the amended cause title in connected writ petition being WP(C)/6961/2025. 5.
