1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have submitted representations with the respondents more particularly respondent Nos. 3 and 4, as such, the present petition be disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the said representations in accordance with law.
2. Issue notice to the respondents.
3. Ms. Raheela Khan, learned AC accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Ms. Raheela submits that the representations stated to have been filed by the petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the representations stated to have been filed by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is made available to the said respondents, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the private respondents.
6. Disposed as above.
