Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has since filed not only the counter-affidavit but also an application seeking vacation of the interim order. In our opinion, it would be appropriate for the appellant to work out its remedies before the learned single Judge. Registry is directed to list 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.A. No:90 of 2026 W.P.
