ORAL ORDER
The petitioner and the respondent are present before the Court along with their respective counsels.
2. The parties have filed the joint memo. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, matter is settled for total amount of Rs.4,25,000/-. It is submitted that the amount in deposit is Rs.2,44,000/- and made the payment of Rs.30,000/- on 22.06.2026 and Rs.60,000/- on 02.07.2026 by way of cash to the SPA holder of respondent Sri Chandru and agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.91,000/- on 04.08.2026 without fail.
3. The joint memo is taken on record. The parties also understood the terms of the compromise. Hence, petition is
disposed of in terms of the joint memo.

4. The revision petitioner is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act subject to payment of balance amount of Rs.91,000/- on 04.08.2026.
5. The respondent/complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount which is in deposit and petitioner has no objection to release the amount in favour of the respondent on proper identification.
6. The petitioner is directed to pay the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- as per the order of the Appellate Court within two weeks from today and produce the receipt for having paid the fine amount in the registry. If fine amount is not paid, list the matter before the Court on 05.08.2026.
