The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “(I) modify/relax the condition imposed in the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in CRA No. 157/2024 regarding furnishing of surety under Section 437-A Cr.P.C. (now Section 481 of the BNSS, 2023), and permit the petitioners to be released forthwith on such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem just and porper; and (ii) pass any other order(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been released in pursuance to the original order dated 29.04.2026 passed by this Court in CRA No.157/2024, as such, the matter has become infructuous. 4.
