Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: - “It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordships' be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue rule nisi in the nature of appropriate writ or any other writ (s) as deem fit and proper calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the prayer made hereunder shall not be allowed, and if no/ insufficient cause is shown, the said rule be made absolute by issuing writ(s) in the nature of: The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties, more particularly to the O.P. No. 2, 4 & 6 to fix up the pay of the petitioner in the post of Senior Clerk/SRA and update his Service Book along with the service particulars and to transmit the revised LPC & Service Book from his previous stations to the present station i.e., o/o the BDO, Tentulikhunti, O.P. No.6 at an early date in the interest of justice. Further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to draw and disburse the arrear salary with incremental benefits to the petitioner on the promotional post of Senior Clerk/ SRA since 26.12.2015 till date in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.
