This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 05.08.2026 passed in B.A. No. 5578 of 2026 to the extent it relates to condition of bail in paragraph 6(i) of the said order. 3. The bail application was filed by the petitioner in connection with T. Tanger P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025 which was said to be pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Simdega. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Pairvikar of the petitioner in B.A. No. 5578 of 2026 has refused to be a bailor for the petitioner. However, in his place, brother of the petitioner, who has filed the present petition seeking modification of order dated 05.08.2026, is ready to be one of the bailors. 5. Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party-State. 6. However, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition no. 6(i) as mentioned in order dated 05.08.2026 passed in B.A. No. 5578 of 2026 is modified to the following extent: “One of the bailors would be the brother of the present petitioner, who is the Pairvikar of the petitioner in this criminal miscellaneous petition seeking modification of order dated 05.08.2026 namely, Matan Sahu, aged 40 years, S/o Naipal Sahu”. 7.
