That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 17/12/2025, bearing No.Sa. Stha.- 05/151/2025/10884, passed by the respondent no.2. 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent to prepare and publish the Select List and Waiting list of the Hostel Warden recruitment Exam-2024 in accordance with the relevant rules. 10.4. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent to give appointment to the petitioners from the waiting list on the unfilled posts, if found eligible. 10.5. Any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.6. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though petitioner has prayed multiple reliefs, however, at this stage, he is only pressing relief that respondents be directed to publish the select list in accordance with Rule 11 of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribes & Scheduled Castes Development Sub-ordinate Service (Class-III-Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2011. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, they are having no objection. If the select list is not published, it will be published in accordance with the applicable rules. 3 4. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondents to publish the select list within period of 10 days from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
