This is an intra court appeal under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent against the order dated July 24, 2023, vide which the learned Single Judge had quashed the detention order bearing No. 43/DMB/PSA/2022 dated April 09, 2022, passed by the District Magistrate Baramulla, and directed the respondent-Authorities to release the detenue forthwith, if not required in any other case(s). 02. Learned counsel for the appellants, as always, fairly submits, for, the detention order was passed on April 09, 2022, nothing substantive survives in this appeal, and, the same is rendered infructuous.
