Mr. Debdipto Banerjee Mr. Soumen Banerjee ….for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Additional Court at Alipore, District-South 24-Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No.9128 of 2013 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that August 3, 2026 has been fixed for ex parte hearing of the suit. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1404 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Additional Court at Alipore, District-South 24-Parganas to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.9128 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 9 months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
