JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the Endorsement bearing No.L.N.D(Y)C.R.:328/2023-24/362550/24 dated 04th June, 2024 (Annexure-P) issued by the respondent No.4; inter alia sought for direction to the respondents to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33924 WP NO.33577 OF 2024 consider the representations dated 02nd July, 1999 (Annexure- G) and 25th March, 2024 (Annexure-N) for allotment of land in favour of the petitioner-Society. 2. Heard Sri. H.C. Sundaresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner-Society has made a claim for grant of land bearing Survey No.141 of Kodigehalli Village, Yeshwanthapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk. In this regard, on perusal of the impugned endorsement dated 04th June, 2024, the same would indicate that the land to an extent of 4 acres in the very same survey number is in possession of the Nandi Economic Corridor Enterprises and Khata has been made in terms of M.R. No.7/2008-09 dated 30th August, 2008. It is also forthcoming from the writ petition that, pursuant to the order dated 26th March 2025 passed by this Court, Affidavit dated 07th April, 2025 was filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District, wherein it is stated that, no land is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33924 WP NO.33577 OF 2024 available to grant in favour of the petitioner.
