INDIRESH ORAL ORDER The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is with regard to inaction of the respondent to consider the representation dated 02nd February, 2024 (Annexure-A) filed by the petitioner, seeking cancellation of the illegal entries made in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. 2. Heard Sri. Chakravarthy T.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner in respect of illegal entries made in the revenue records in respect of the subject land as alleged by the petitioner.
