Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gidhor P.S. Case No. 48/2025. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and 23.034 Kg/- of opium was recovered from 04 packets. However, 04 packets were examined and as per the S.F.S.L. report, 01 packet was found to be contraband opium of 2.680 Kg/-. Although, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that S.F.S.L. report does not establish that a commercial quantity of opium was recovered but regard being had to the quantity of opium which is a commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
