Ka. 13 anni/2025 dated 06.11.2025, QUASH THE SAME, and further DIRECT the respondents 1 to 5 to disburse the subsistence allowance to the petitioner with effect from 24.03.2025 till the culmination of the disciplinary proceedings or the revocation of the order of suspension, at the rate permissible under the rules.
