Having considered the fact that Civil Appeal No.44-A/2024 was fixed for final arguments on 05.05.2025 but till date, the matter has not been disposed of, therefore, without making any observation on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned First Additional District Judge, Mungeli to conclude the proceeding in pending Civil Appeal No.44-A/2024 preferably within a period of 30 days from the receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
