HARI HARANADHA SARMA CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4578/2026 ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.849 of 2026 by the learned Judge, Special Court for Speedy Trial of Offences under POCSO Act, Kakinada, in Crime No.136/2026 of Bommuru Police Station. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while considering the application for grant of bail to the petitioner, the learned Special Judge granted the same on certain conditions and the condition of directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, Bommuru Police Station, on every Friday between 10.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m, till filing of the charge sheet is onerous in nature and, as the petitioner is a student, the same may be relaxed considering his educational pursuits. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reports no objection to the request made by the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the educational requirements of the petitioner, the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.849 of 2026 by the learned Judge, Special Court for Speedy Trial of Offences under POCSO Act, Kakinada, in Crime No.136/2026 of Bommuru Police Station, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Bommuru Police Station, on the first Friday of every month between 10.00 a.m., to 5.00 p.m, till 4 filing of the charge sheet. All other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain unaltered. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
