When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the detenue was involved in Crime No.92 of 2026 of Anantapur II Town Police Station. The detenue was arrested and produced before the concerned Magistrate, to remand him to judicial custody. 4. In view of the said submission, the present Writ Petition is closed, as the detenue was already produced before the concerned Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
