The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the stay, the petitioner was not permitted to join back in service. 3. Learned State counsel has filed a compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Amit Khatri, Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, Haryana on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court today, which is taken on record. Short reply by way of affidavit of Sh.
