JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking his enlargement on grant of regular bail for it having been turned down by the concerned Court. 2. Learned Addl. SPP would submit that the petitioner has approached this Court at the stage of the crime and now the charge sheet is filed against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner will have to approach the concerned Court seeking his enlargement on bail and then take recourse to further steps in law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19198 CRL.P No. 11101 of 2025 3. In the light of the offences punishable under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the submission of the learned Additional SPP would merit acceptance and it is for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court now that the charge sheet is filed seeking his enlargement on bail, if he so desires.
