Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that the said opposite party no. 2 has already passed a reasoned order on 11-12.09.2026. Hence, the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied. 3. As against this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no. 2 has arbitrarily rejected the petitioner’s claim for compensation. 4. Be that as it may. 5. Since the opposite party no. 2 has already passed the reasoned order on 11-12.09.2026, there is no need to further proceed in the contempt petition.
