The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “A. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take necessary steps and action as per the Judgment dated 18.6.2024 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34719 WP No. 20613 of 2026 rendered by the said Respondent No. 4 in proceedings bearing complaint no. 01454/2023 (Annexure-B) and conclude the Revenue Recovery proceedings as per the directions issued by the R4 in Revenue Recovery Certificate bearing RERA/KANDAYA/1454/2023/2025-26/3369 dated 05/08/2025 vide Annexure-D within 4 weeks from the receipt of this order and B. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the above circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity.” 2. The grievance to petitioners is that the judgment dated 18.06.2024 passed by the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority at Annexure-B and the Recovery Certificate issued on 05.08.2025 at Annexure-D have not been acted upon by the respondent No.2 and in this background, the petitioners are before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the post of a Special Deputy Commissioner has now been created for the purpose of implementing all the orders passed by RERA. The present documents should be forwarded to the Special Deputy - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34719 WP No. 20613 of 2026 Commissioner for necessary action which would be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Placing the submission of the learned AGA on record, the writ petition stands disposed of.
