The petitioner was operating a premises from where the business of immoral trafficking was being carried. The records of the case reflect that the victim - being a minor, was taken to this premises at the behest of the other accused persons. Having considered the manner of business being carried out and the complicity of the present petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. 2 However, it has been submitted that the evidence of the case is unnecessarily being stretched. The learned trial court would ensure that the same is expedited and the evidence of all the witnesses is complete within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
