The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased call for the entire records pertaining to this case from possession of the respondents for it’s kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus or suitable direction commanding the respondents about the appointment of the petitioner on Compassionate basis in their office as the post of class 3 or class 4. If respondent disqualified the petitioner for the post of class 3 or class 4. Then other benefit option as per the rule of the respondents may be given to the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the claim of the petitioner with regard to grant of compassionate appointment was rejected by the respondent authorities vide order date 25.07.2018 (Annexure P-1), but the very order has not been challenged in this petition. At this stage, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file better petition. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Permission granted. 5.
