-2-
The disclaimer would be prominently displayed in bold text. An affidavit to this effect has also been filed by the respondents in Court today. The same is taken on record. The same be scanned and tagged at an appropriate place.
2.
Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 states that a period of four weeks would be required to implement the above across the board. Learned senior counsel, however, assures the Court that on the official website of the University, the same would be displayed within a period of one week from today.
3.
In view of the statements made by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the present appeal is disposed off in the above terms. The Court concerned is requested to expedite the hearing of the civil suit as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
4.
It is made clear that any observation made by the Commercial Court concerned, while disposing off the injunction application, would not be treated as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. This Court is sanguine that the Commercial Court concerned would decide the matter based on the evidence and in accordance with law without being influenced by the observations made while disposing off the injunction application.
5.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
