JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. To quash the impugned order/endorsement bearing 2025-26 No.PÀæ¸ÀA/G£ÉÆÃPÀ/ªÀiÁ/225/2025-26 dated 27.10.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 as found at Annexure-A in respect of land bearing Sy.No.9/5, New Sy.No.9, measuring 2.00 acres, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34253 WP No. 20231 of 2026 situated at Kalyanapura Village, Soluru Hobli, Magadi Taluk, Bengaluru South District and consequently; b. To direct the respondent No.3 to register the final decree issued by this Hon'ble court in R.F.A.No.1424 of 2025 in favour of petitioner in respect of in respect of land bearing Sy.No.9/5, new Sy.No.9, measuring 2.00 situated at Kalyanapura Village, Soluru Hobli, Magadi Taluk, Ramanagara District, presently Bengaluru South District as found at Annexure-H1; & c. To allow this writ petition and issue any other appropriate writ or direction or pass any other orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sale deed, which had been submitted by the petitioner for registration to respondent No.3 has not been registered on account of the demand made by respondent No.3 for the production of a 11-E sketch. 4. The sale deed, which has been presented in the present matter for registration, is in furtherance of the final decree in R.F.A.No.1424/2025. This Court in the case of Sri. Vemanna Vs. The State of Karnataka & Another in W.P.No.9256/2024 has held that when a registration is sought for in furtherance of a Court decree or a compromise petition, there would be no requirement for a 11-E - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34253 WP No. 20231 of 2026 sketch to be produced along with the document presented for registration. 5. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a survey sketch prepared by a licensed surveyor would be placed on record for the purpose of registration. In that view of the matter, this Court passes the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) The impugned endorsement at Annexure-A dated 27.10.2025 issued by respondent No.3 is quashed. iii) Respondent No.3 is directed to register the final decree by a document of sale in terms of final decree in RFA No.1424/2025. iv) The registration shall however be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the appeal filed as regards G.
