Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. 2. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case No. 187 of 2019 pending in the court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore to the court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 3. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is residing along with her child (ordinary place of residence) at Village-Amarun, P.O.- Amarun, P.S.- Bhatar, District-Purba Bardhaman, PIN 713125. 4. On the other hand the husband/opposite party is a resident of A/14, Ramkrishna Upanibesh, Flat No. 1A, 1st Floor, Police Station Jadavpur, P.O.- Regent Park, Kolkata-700092 and has filed the Act VIII Case. 5. The petitioner/wife now prays that the suit being Act VIII Case No. 187 of 2019 pending in the court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore be transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhamar. 6. Accordingly, in view of this Court’s order dated 27.03.2026 in C. O. 4128 of 2024, the Act VIII Case No. 187 of 2019 be withdrawn from the Court of Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore and be transferred to the Court of Learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 7.Learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 8.Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 9.CO 1592 of 2023 is allowed. 10. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities.
