Since this Court has already recorded in the order dated 19.12.2025 that the aforesaid payment shall be in full and final settlement of all claims that the finance company may have against the applicants and vice versa, the applicant shall have no dues payable to the finance company likewise the applicants shall have no further claims against the finance company, namely, IndusInd Bank Ltd. 3.
