The petitioners is aggrieved by the action of respondents/authorities in considering the representation for the petitioners dated 24.11.2025 and granting permission for running Haleem Centres during the Ramdan Festival with effect from 18.12.2026 to 20.03.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are an association of the Haleem stall owners and that about 35 Haleem stalls are set up during the Ramdan period. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners’ society had earlier approached this Court and filed W.P.No.3872 of 2025, and this Court, vide order dated 17.02.2025 and closed the writ petition after recording the submission that the petitioners had obtained no objection certificates for erecting Haleem stalls in pursuance of the application submitted. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4, on written instructions,submits that the petitioners are proposing to set up 35 Haleem and Falooda stalls from Panja Centre to Gandhi Bomma Centre, Wynchipet, and Vijayawada along with the street margins. 5. It is submitted that the respondents issued no objection certificate and granted permissions after the petitioners submitted the necessary clearances in pursuance of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1995. p. 5 WP.No.36591 of 2025 6. It is further submitted that the petitioners have obtained no objection certificate from AMHO, Fire Wing of the respondent office, and also no objection certificate from respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 10. 7. Considering the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders granting permission for setting up the Haleem stalls, subject to the petitioners obtaining the required no objection certificates from the competent Authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
