The applicant, who is the sixth defendant, was directed to furnish a security to an extent of 10% of the Suit claim and it is the claim of the applicant that it had produced two Fixed Deposit receipts to the value of Rs.23 crores 16 lakhs and the same had also been placed before this Court. Original Fixed Deposit receipts issued by the Indian Bank, Corporate Office, Chennai in favour of the Registrar General of Madras High Court/ CARE RATINGS LIMITED, are to mature on 22.05.2031. 3. This order is without prejudice to the rights of the parties in the intra-Court Appeal in O.S.A. Nos. 63 to 67 of 2023. 5.
