ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 20.06.2025 and application dated 10.08.2017 submitted by the petitioner before respondents vide Annexures-C and E respectively and approve teh post of petitioner for grant in aid and give salary to the petitioner from the date of the appoint order dated 01.03.2017 vide Annexure- a in bearing No.08/2015-16. b) Issue direction to respondent No.1 to 4 to consider letter dated 07.07.2025 submitted by the 6th respondent before the Respondent No.4 and approved the post of the petitioner and give grant in aid from the date of appointment dated 01.03.2017 disburse the salary to the petitioner in this regard vide Annexure-X. c) And pass such other orders on the Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation and application dated 20.06.2025 and 10.08.2017 at

Annexures-C and E respectively, submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and
learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 submit that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation and application.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation and application dated 20.06.2025 and 10.08.2017 at Annexures-C and E respectively and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
