Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Misc. Cr. Application No.1256 of 2022 filed in Vigilance Case No. 03 of 2018 arising out of Daltonganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 whereby the petition filed under Section 227 of Cr.P.C for discharge filed on behalf of the petitioner has been dismissed. The case is now pending in the court of learned Spl. Judge ACB, Palamau at Daltonganj. 2. It has been submitted that the trial has proceeded and some witnesses have also been examined. The learned counsel submits that at this stage the present case has become infructuous and he does not want to press the present revision petition. He seeks liberty to raise all the grounds at the stage of trial. 3. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made. 4. Accordingly, this Cr.
