In the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, there is a reference to the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner in proceedings, bearing No.DCCKM-REV/148/2025-DC-CNo:931394 dated 07.08.2025 and the petitioner has not noticed the same. If that is the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner under Section 38-A of the Act, then the petitioner will have to question the same. 4.
