This is an application seeking impleadment of “The Branch Manager, Assam Gramin Bank, Habibarangbari Branch, P.O. Habibarangbari, District Morigaon, Assam, PIN–782106” as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ Page No.# 4/4 petition, being WP(C) No. 3298/2025. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Branch Manager sought to be impleaded has issued certain documents and his response would be necessary for the proper adjudication of the connected writ petition. Accordingly, it is prayed that the said Branch Manager be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition. 4. The learned counsels appearing for the opposite party/respondents, submit that they have no objection to the prayer for impleadment. 5. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and also considering that the Branch Manager appears to be a necessary party, as he has issued certain documents for which his response is necessary for effective adjudication of the connected writ petition, I deem it appropriate to allow the prayer for impleadment. Accordingly, “The Branch Manager, Assam Gramin Bank, Habibarangbari Branch, P.O. Habibarangbari, District Morigaon, Assam, PIN–782106” is allowed to be impleaded as party respondent No. 6 in the connected WP(C) No. 3298/2025. 6.
