It is now submitted that, the appeal before respondent no.2 itself has been disposed of and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and challenge the final order. He has filed a memo dated 30.06.2026 in this regard. 2. The memo is taken on record. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 3. It is needless to state, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order passed by respondent no.2, he is always at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.
