For the order that we propose to make, no notice is necessary to the private respondents. 3. The petitioner’s grievance is that the private respondents have encroached upon government property which was being used as Government School Playground. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that vide order dated 10.10.2025 and some other orders, the Circle Officer, Keredari, District-Hazaribagh has already initiated proceedings for the removal of encroachments. However, these proceedings are not being taken to their logical conclusion expeditiously. 5. Accordingly, we direct the Circle Officer, Keredari to conclude the initiated proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from today. Needless to add that proper notices will be given to the alleged encroachers and principles of natural justice will be complied with. 6. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the above directions without any order for costs. All concerned must act on an authenticated copy of this order. Mr. Piyush Chitresh, A.C to learned Advocate General agrees to immediately communicate this order to the Circle Officer with instructions to expedite the proceedings and dispose them of in accordance with law and on their own merits.
